Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively through J&T Express, our trusted courier partner. All shipments come with insurance for your peace of mind, ensuring your orders are safe and secure.

 

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS or email from J&T containing your delivery details. You may then track your order in real-time using the J&T tracking number provided.

We carefully inspect all returned items. Please note:

 

1. Refunds may be declined if the item shows signs of misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

 

2. Refunds apply only to the item’s purchase price. Shipping fees, payment charges, and applied discounts are non-refundable.

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

 

1. The return request must be made within 7 days upon receipt of your item.

Orders amounting to Php 50,000.00 and above may be picked up at Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry’s Main Office during regular business hours.

 

Online orders placed on or before 10:00 PM may be collected the following business day – between 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

 

If payment was made via credit or debit card, you may authorize someone else to claim your order. Your representative must present:

1. The order confirmation email

2. A signed authorization letter

3. One (1) valid government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, UMID, National ID, PRC ID, Voter’s ID, or OWWA E-Card)
